The use of services is subject to fair use policy. In the first 14 days, during the cancellation time period, services will be limited.The advantage of using the monthly scheme is that the business benefits from many services without paying additional fees. BP allows the business to have dedicated lawyers acting for the business and being able to communicate with the solicitors without the need to look for legal assistance and pay on an hourly basis.Many of the services provided to the business under the BP scheme will be covered by the monthly subscription fee and will not entail extortionate legal fees. All legal services provided beyond the monthly subscription scheme will be provided through a discounted hourly rate for the business and its employees.All the services we provide are transparent and our pricing is reduced to reflect our commitment to you and your business under the BP scheme. Our usual hourly rate for the work done is from £275 (excluding VAT) per hour but under the BP scheme this is reduced to £150 (excluding VAT) per hour for all work beyond the BP scheme. The monthly billing scheme will be via direct debit / standing order and additional fees and disbursements can be paid upon an invoice being raised.Further discount can be provided when signing a contract beyond 36 months.
