We have solicitors on our panel with a wealth of experience in different fields to assist your business needs.

You sign up to our monthly membership scheme and the pricing plan is dependent on the size of your business.

The fee will include specialist legal advice, legal documents (free legal templates), a dedicated client portal for you and your managers to access, a dedicated whatsapp number and mobile number to contact BP, reduced legal fees for your business and its employees as well as family members.

Some services are covered under the BP scheme and other more complex issues may require an hourly charge at reduced rates. We operate a transparent policy and only charge for work agreed beforehand but a lot of the work businesses require on a day to day basis will be covered under the BP scheme therefore no additional cost.

BP scheme allows the business to access many documents which can be amended without fee. Our solicitors are happy to assist the amendment process and if work is required beyond what the scheme allows, you will be charged a reduced hourly rate fee as set out in the Pricing page.

At BP we understand that businesses require affordable assistance and we can offer many of our services under the monthly subscription and other chargeable services at a lower rates. Many businesses do not have legal support behind their business, which can hinder the growth and leave the business paying high fees when legal assistance is required.

At BP we have many experienced Partner Level solicitors with over 15 years’ experience assisting businesses and you can benefit from their assistance by paying a low monthly subscription.

By being a member of BP, you are able to save money and on average a business will be able to save over £2000 per year using the BP scheme, whilst having legal and business at a click or telephone call away.

By being part of the BP scheme, we have managed to negotiate lower rates with our business partners, therefore you as a customer will have access to accountants, website developers and card payment providers at discounted rates.

Client Portal

At BP we have created a dedicated online Portal where you will have access to our document’s library. You will also be able to use the online portal to enter your business and employee information to assist your general business needs. The client portal has been created so that you can provide relevant information about your business to our dedicated solicitor partners and the portal can be used to send enquires, book a call back and arrange meetings with our legal team. Our online portal also allows us to provide fee quotes and direct instruction if required.
